Health!

Ok, so Laura has this job at LA Fitness...and the company graciously offers a nice discount to the family members of employees....so I joined. I have gone to water aerobics twice, and went and did water aerobics by myself once. I love it. Once we get the pool opened, I can go to class, but work out at home too. Then, next winter, when we have to close the pool, I will still have a place to work out. Water aerobics is a wonderful way to get your exercise in. It appeals to the 'hate to sweat' crowd, cause the water keeps you fairly cool. It is low impact, easy on injured joints, and just plain FUN.
