


These first three are Bonnies. Notice the incredible drawing work on the mug. We are going to explore that further! The pitcher has colors that are just exquisite. Too bad the glare in my picture hides the subtleties of it. The bowl has beautiful slip work that the picture does not do justice to.


I spent all my time working on large pitchers today. Here is a picture of them, sitting drying after we got all cleaned up. Bonnie will fire them over the week, and we will get them glazed next week. You can see the kiln, the silver thing, in the background. This is what it looked like when I left:
The 258 degrees was barely the start...it will climb to 2200 before it shuts off tonight. Bonnie will then be able to open and unload it sometime tomorrow afternoon. The cooling is critical. If you rush it, you get cracked pots! :)
