Let's start at the very beginning...a very good place to start...

So the date for the wedding is set..and its going to be amazingly fast. They picked March 4, 2006. I have been scrambling to get the stuff I need for invitations. I finally found a place were I could reasonably purchase the blank stock, and now need to find someplace to get the calligraphy from Michael Smith printed. His work is gorgeous and deserves to be done in high quality thermography, but I am not sure I can afford it! At least I found the paper stock at a reasonable price. It seems to me that the invitations now days are at least twice what I paid for Ruth's four years ago. Is that possible???

I am considering bringing in a back hoe, digging out the house and starting all over again. Its that bad! I am trying to throw out stuff daily. My friend Karen said if she can't think of a use for something, out it goes! I am trying to model that in how I clean. I am a pack rat. I know this. I see something and think it MIGHT be useful some day. It rarely is. Another friend, who happens to be a nurse, told me she gives her house an enema every six months. Wow...I love that! I am probably four or five years behind on that!
